list_resources

Use when resolving a NAME to an id, or browsing what exists.

kind ∈ {workspaces, datasets, experiments, models, knowledgebases, connections, templates} → an array of summaries (ids, names, type/status); workspace_id scopes datasets / experiments / knowledgebases / models; those four return the newest 100 (limit widens, max 1000). A workspace row carries its stage (frame … operate) and its result: the model in production / in shadow, else the best experiment so far. Archived workspaces (read-only until a person restores them) are not listed; get_resource still reads one. kind="jobs" requires workspace_id and does not accept limit → the experiments still running, as job handles to poll with get_run. For tables and rows use describe_catalog / query_sql instead.
